Payments & Refunds
Payments

We take all major credits cards, Shop Pay (including by installments), and Paypal.

You will be charged when you place the order. If you have a transaction that didn't go through, or your card was declined, you may see a pending charge on your bank account - this will go away, don't worry!

Refunds

Refunds can only be made to your original payment method or store credit. Once a refund has been processed on our end, please allow a few days for it to show in your account.

Preorders

Preorders are charged at the time of purchase.  

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us ASAP. You can reply directly to your order confirmation email.

We will do our best, but if the order has already shipped then we cannot make changes and your items are subject to the standard return policy.

Shipping
How long does shipping take?

When you place an order, it will ship out within 2 business days, unless it is a preorder item. Shipping time depends on your location. We ship from Los Angeles. It usually takes about 2-7 business days to get to you. We use USPS or UPS for our free shipping option.

Tracking orders

When your order ships you'll get an email with the tracking information. Sometimes it takes a day or two for the tracking to update.

You can also log in to your customer account and view/track your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the USA is free. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from when you receive your order to return items. To make a return or an exchange, use our return portal linked here.

Exchanges are free, for returns $6 for the provided return label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or store credit within 7 days of our receiving the return.

If the original payment method is not available, you will be issued a store credit.

Return Policy

Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. If there is makeup, deodorant, tanner, dirt, or any other kind of stains/damage, then the item is not eligible for return and we will not accept the return or refund you.

Footwear: Items must be in original condition, with the tags attached. Any wear on these makes them ineligible for return and we will not accept them. Shoe box must be returned in original condition, do not mail them back with the shoe box on the outside - it must be covered with packaging. 

Any violation of this policy means that we will not accept the return and it will be sent back to you at your cost. Please be understanding of this policy, we are a small company and should not have to bear losses from this.

What cannot be returned

All panties are final sale and cannot be returned.

Any items purchased at a discounted price are final sale. This includes discount codes and price markdowns, as well as any other promotions.

Problems with my order
Received the wrong item

We do our best, but mistakes can happen! If you have received the wrong item, please use our return portal to request a refund or exchange. You will not be charged for a return label of course!

Received a damaged item

Let us know within 7 days of receiving your item. You can request a refund or exchange via our exchange portal. You will not be charged for a return label of course!

I didn't receive my order

Please keep in mind that we hand packages over to the shipping company, but they are delivering it!  Not all circumstances are under our control, and you are responsible for tracking your package and receiving it.  Any claims for lost packages need to be filed within 21 days of the order being shipped.

If tracking says delivered, but you have not received it: please file a claim with the shipping company.  If they do not find it, email us with the information and we will start an insurance claim for you. 

We are not responsible if the package delivery fails due to you not providing correct information or a safe place to deliver to.

International purchases

We are located in the USA, so any purchase outside of the USA is an international purchase.

Shipping & Duties

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Customs and taxes are collected at checkout for most countries.

If they are not collected at checkout, you may owe additional customs and fees when the package is delivered, unfortunately that is out of our control. 

The customer is responsible for paying these. If customs and duties are not paid and the package is not delivered, we are not responsible and you will not receive a refund for your order.

Receiving your package 

Once the package has left our facility it is the responsibility of the customer.

You are responsible for receiving the package, paying any additional fees, and arranging delivery if needed.

We provide tracking information, and the shipping carrier can be contacted if needed. If delivery fails due to the customer, we are not responsible for the package and you will not receive a refund for your order.

 Final sale

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for international orders. Items sent back will not be accepted or refunded.
