Refund policy
Returns (USA)
You have 30 days from when you receive the order to return eligible items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canât offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All underwear is final sale and cannot be returned.
Any items purchased at a discounted price are final sale unless noted otherwise. This includes discount codes and price markdowns, as well as any other promotions.
Return shipping is free for exchanges or returns for credit, returns for refunds will have $6 deducted from the refund.
Any items received that are in violation of our return policy will not be refunded.

International orders (outside of the USA) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchange. Items sent back will not be accepted or refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not do price adjustments.Â
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you havenât received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
You can request an exchange when you make your return. The return shipping fee is waived for exchanges.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youâll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasnât marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Damaged or ineligible items will not be refunded. We will contact you and you have the option to provide a label to have them sent back to you.Â
