Shipping policy

We offer free shipping within the USA using USPS.  You also have the option to upgrade your package to a faster shipping option, pending availability.  Once you place your order, it will be shipped out within two business days, excluding holidays.

International orders have the option of USPS (if available), UPS, or DHL shipping, paying the calculated rate.  Customs and duties will be due upon arrival, and depend on the country - unfortunately we have no control over this.  The customer is responsible for paying these.  If customs and duties are not paid and the package is not delivered, we are not responsible and you will not receive a refund for your order.
