Ordering

When you place an order, it will ship out within 2 business days, unless it is a preorder item.

You will be charged when you place the order. If you have a transaction that didn't go through, or your card was declined, you may see a pending charge on your bank account - this will go away, don't worry!

 

 

Tracking orders

When your order ships you'll get an email with the tracking information. Sometimes it takes a day or two for the tracking to update.

You can also log in to your customer account and view/track your order.

 

 

Changes/cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us ASAP. You can reply directly to your order confirmation email. If the order hasn't shipped, we're happy to accommodate you.

 

 

Shipping (USA)

Shipping time depends on your location. It usually takes about 2-7 business days. We use USPS for our free shipping option. We ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays.  If you add express shipping, it will be shipped on those days, so please allow time.

 

 

Preorders

We provide an estimated shipping date for preorders, however we cannot guarantee an exact date. If you are in the USA and ordered something else that is in stock, we will ship that to you first. For international orders, everything will ship together when available.

Preorders are charged at the time of purchase.  

 

 

Problem with order

Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if something is wrong- incorrect or damaged item, etc. Reply to your confirmation email with what the problem is and include pictures if applicable. We'll take care of you!

 

 

Lost package

Please keep in mind that we hand packages over to the shipping company, but they are delivering it! Not all circumstances are under our control, and you are responsible for tracking your package and receiving it. Any claims for lost packages need to be filed within 21 days of the order being shipped.   If delivery fails due to the customer, we are not responsible for the package and you will not receive a refund for your order.

 

If tracking hasn't updated in over 7 days: contact the shipping company and file a claim if needed.

 

If tracking says delivered, but you have not received it: please file a claim with the shipping company. If they do not find it, email us with the information and we will start an insurance claim for you.

 

 

Returns (USA)

You have 30 days from when you receive your order to return items.

We cannot do exchanges at this time - you would need to place a new order with the items you want.

 

DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE

Any items purchased at a discounted price are final sale. This includes discount codes and price markdowns, as well as any other promotions.

 

Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. All panties are final sale and cannot be returned. If there is makeup, deodorant, tanner, dirt, or any other kind of stains/damage, then the item is not eligible for return and we will not accept the return or refund you.

 

Footwear: Items must be in original condition, with the tags attached. Any wear on these makes them ineligible for return and we will not accept them. Shoe box must be returned in original condition, do not mail them back with the shoe box on the outside - it must be covered with packaging.

 

Any violation of this policy means that we will not accept the return and it will be sent back to you at your cost. Please be understanding of this policy, we are a small company and should not have to bear losses from this.

 

$6 for the return label will be deducted from your refund.

We do not do exchanges, if you want something else please place a new order.

Accepted returns will be refunded to the original payment method  within 7 days of our receiving the return.

If the original payment method is not available, you will be issued a store credit.

 

International purchases

Shipping is calculated at checkout. You may owe additional customs and fees when the package is delivered, unfortunately that is out of our control.

The customer is responsible for paying these. If customs and duties are not paid and the package is not delivered, we are not responsible and you will not receive a refund for your order.

The customer is responsible for receiving the package and arranging delivery if needed. We provide tracking information, and the shipping carrier can be contacted if needed. If delivery fails due to the customer, we are not responsible for the package and you will not receive a refund for your order.

 

International purchases cannot be returned.
