Any items purchased at a discounted price are final sale. This includes discount codes and price markdowns, as well as any other promotions.



When you place an order, it will ship out within 2 business days,unless it is a preorder item.


You will be charged when you place the order. If you have a transaction that didn't go through, or your card was declined, you may see a pending charge on your bank account - this will go away, don't worry!


Tracking orders

When your order ships you'll get an email with the tracking information. Sometimes it takes a day or two for the tracking to update.

You can also log in to your customer account and view/track your order.



If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us ASAP. You can reply directly to your order confirmation email. If the order hasn't shipped, we're happy to accommodate you.


Shipping (USA)

Shipping time depends on your location. It usually takes about 2-7 business days. We use USPS for our free shipping option. We do offer the option to upgrade your shipping for faster service :)



We provide an estimated shipping date for preorders, however we cannot guarantee an exact date. If you are in the USA and ordered something else that is in stock, we will ship that to you first. For international orders, everything will ship together when available.

Preorders are charged at the time of purchase.  


Problem with order

Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if something is wrong- incorrect or damaged item, etc. Reply to your confirmation email with what the problem is and include pictures if applicable. We'll take care of you!


We offer Route package protection on orders, so we are not responsible for any packages lost in shipping.  If you added Route, you would reach out to them directly in the instructions they provided. If you do not have Route, you would file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. You are responsible for any lost packages and claims, because we offer insurance we do not replace lost packages.


Returns (USA)

You have 30 days from when you receive your order to return items.

All panties are final sale.  All other items may be returned if they are in new condition, tags attached. All discounted items are final sale.


To make a return, click here or on the button below. We will send you a shipping label to send it back.

We cannot do exchanges at this time - you would need to place a new order with the items you want.


Returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

If the orginal payment method is not available, you will be issued a store credit.


International purchases

Shipping is calculated at checkout. You may owe additional customs and fees when the package is delivered, unfortunately that is out of our control.

International purchases cannot be returned.
